🥤 Mixed Berry Banana Smoothie Bowl Recipe (Healthy Smoothie Bowl)

🍓 Ingredients:

For the smoothie base:

  • 1 banana (frozen for a creamier texture)

  • ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or curd

  • ¼ cup milk (dairy or almond milk)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

For the toppings:

  • Sliced banana

  • Fresh strawberries (sliced)

  • Blueberries

  • Granola or oats

  • Almonds, cashews, and other nuts

  • A sprig of mint (for garnish)


🥄 Instructions:

  1. Blend the base:
    Add the banana, strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, and milk into a blender. Blend until smooth and thick. Adjust the consistency by adding a little more milk if needed.

  2. Pour and smooth:
    Pour the smoothie into a bowl. It should be thicker than a drinkable smoothie — more like soft-serve texture.

  3. Add toppings:
    Arrange sliced banana, strawberries, and blueberries neatly on top. Add granola, almonds, cashews, or any nuts you prefer.

  4. Garnish and enjoy:
    Add a mint leaf on top for freshness and enjoy your delicious, nutrient-rich smoothie bowl immediately!
