About Avocado Toast
This toast is a sandwich of toasted bread topped with mashed avocado. Also known as butter fruit. It gained popularity as a food trend and became a common meal for breakfast & lunch.
When ripe avocados are smashed onto thick slices of toasted garlic bread, it turns into another level of deliciousness. Or you can add more toppings according to your choices.
How to make avocado toast
Step-1
Slice a garlic bread into 1-inch thick slices.
Heat tawa or pan over medium flame. Add slices of bread. If toasting bread in over toast for 5 to 7 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
Step-3
Prepare avocado filling. Rinse avocado under cold water and let it dry. Use a sharp knife and cut avocado into half. Gently twist the two halves apart.
Step-4
Remove the skin. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado flesh. Place avocado flesh on the cutting board.
Step-5
Finely chopped avocado and take the pulp in a bowl & mesh it well. Add chopped avocado in a mixing bowl & seasoned with salt,lemon juice,black pepper,oregano according to your choice.
Toasting Bread
For toasting bread, you can use a toaster or oven. Continue toasting the bread until it turn into
light brown or golden brown.
Step-6
Now brush the toasted garlic bread with butter or olive oil. Use a spoon and load avocado mixture onto each slice of bread.
Step-7
Serve it as a snack or breakfast.
