Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

 Dry Ingredients

 

  1. 1½ cup of purpose flour (maida)
  2. 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  3. 1 tbsp baking powder
  4. ½ tbsp baking soda
  5. 4 cup powdered sugar
  6. pinch of salt

 

Wet Ingredients

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instruction

      In a bowl, add 1 cup milk and lemon juice. Mix it properly and let it rest for 5 minutes.

      Mix  all dry ingredients very well.

 

Combine dry and wet mixture together

      Mix gently using whisk and make sure to not overmix.

  

 Baking

      Preheat oven to 180°C or you can use empty cooker which will be preheat for 10 minutes.

      Grease a cake tin with butter and pour better in it.

      Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick and knife will come out clean.

Cool & Serve

      You can garnish it with chocolate chips, whipped cream and chocolate syrup also.
